Came here second time cuz my experience with this place the first time was so good! And their Food is fantastic I’d say !! But the lady worked here provide horrible customer service. Seems to me she hated her job so much. Probably hated all customers who dining here. No smile no greeting. Not friendly. Not customer centric. Again food here are great but the lady server ruined it bad. Avoid her at all cost. ( I’ll still come back for the food, but if I see her again I’ll head out to the door )

A beautiful restaurant, nice interior. Wish they have wine by the glass.... good service. Food was ok, not great, i ordered vermicelli bowl special, a combination of grilled chicken, pork, beef ( no beef in my bowl) and spring roll. Spring roll was not crispy, pork and chicken were on the dry side. It was ok to try. A little pricey 19.75, maybe same combination in My Thai Son is 5 less. It was nice to try this restaurant. Next time I will try phoa.
Outstanding food, extremely fresh ingredients are used here and a nice atmosphere. Really happy there's a modern Vietnamese restaurant now, it's exactly what Vancouver needs for a unique and dynamic change. And you can really taste and feel the difference in their dishes, that sets them apart from all the other typical Vietnamese restaurants around. Easily one our favorite places to eat in the city!
Cozy environment with high ceiling. There's hand sanitizer on every table. The pho noodle soup is very tasty. Definitely will come again!!
I'm baffled by how this place charges so much for the embarrassing quality of food they serve. The spring rolls were sweet, why?!? The Mien Tom's broth was OK, and there was a decent amount of very bland shrimp cake, but there was only one prawn and it did not taste fresh. This place is such an insult to good Vietnamese food that its existence should be classified as a hate crime. There is literally zero reason to eat here, go to Pho Lan and pay less for much better food instead.
