Not sure why so many people have so much hate to the store and the employees, everytime I walk in there I’m warmly greeted and also got a decent service too... I guess next time you could try reaching out if you need help so they will know cause I know some of them might not like to pressure too hard with constant following and asking which a lot of times scare the customers away.

It's very clear why your store have more negative reviews then good reviews. You keep responding to these reviews saying you will improve. But of course we all know each time we go in there, we will just get your employees staring doing nothing at all. The only thing they are good at is playing staring contest. Not sure why covid 19 didn't close you guys down.

Service is terrible, super super bad! I’m very disappointed! And they charge consumers differently! Remember to pay much attention on the price! Because sometimes they will charge you more without knowing! This morning I was going to buy a bag , in the afternoon I found that the bag is 300 cheaper! So don’t trust this shop and don’t trust the stuff!

Clothes are nice there. BUT staff will only pay attention to you if they think your rich. You need to take out your (60) 100 dollar bills and count it in front of them if you want service. Trust me, people that walk in there are most likely richer then the staff so what are they posing for. Keep up the bad work your store will close like the others

Sales are very helpful and nice, they give me water when I’m waiting. The items are overpriced, but quality is excellent. I usually buy at HR because they have more choices. But Colton’s is good because it’s closer to me, and I don’t need to drive in the bad traffic to dt.
