I went there yesterday looking for furniture for my living room. We were helped by Joseph . He was very patient and made suggestions on what would go well with the rest of the interior s . Unlike many sales people who care just for their target figures , he was so understanding and never pushed us to make a decision. Highly recommend Joseph for his amazing service.

It's a pity I couldn't leave 0. These pirates took full payment of approximately 9k early December and told us we would we would have our new furniture delivery before Christmas. Then no follow up at all so i rang days before Christmas to find out sorry we don't have your pieces in stock. WOW! not the POOR service i expect when I'm paying a premium Price for such pathetic service. Mid January and still no phone call no follow up no nothing. Lift your game you pretentious cowboys.
Staff are experienced and friendly dont believe there time line.
Boycott CHINESE-made furniture and all imports from CHINA. Ask the source country of the furniture you buy. We bought a table from Coco Republic recently that was made in China and wish we hadn't. The quality is good but the source is not.
If you are in the market for some elegant home furnishings, this place is certainly one to visit.
After spending over 20k I have never received such appalling customer service or treatment this will defiantly be one to remember!!! I received the wrong colour lounge after waiting for months to arrive, I then received another one which was poor quality and no label attached. It was sent back for another one to arrive. A dinning table was sent back as it was faulty. For 12 months I have been following up on furniture protection which I paid 800 for to then be notified some of my furniture has not been protected!!!! Going back and forward with emails, I was advised that someone would clean and protect my furniture, which I paid for. Now I have been notified from the women I have been dealing with its out of her hands because the warehouse keeping making errors and a State Manager will contact me....of course no return call or apology. Steer clear much better quality and service elsewhere...
The furnitures are fine, but costumer service is terrible. I won’t recommend coco republic to anyone.
