When we stepped in to the Clock Gallery, we were amazed at all the magnificent clocks and other collectible items to be seen! Ron,the owner, seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the items. We ended up with a wonderful mantle clock for a wedding present. We will continue to go there for many other gifts in the future and for ourselves also. Lovely displays and many beautiful choices.

They had a record cabinet for sale that had a turntable on the top and an amplifier cabinet below. There were no signs nearby not to touch this cabinet and the owner salesman was busy. I opened the cabinet very gently to see what type of receiver set up it had in the wooden cabinet. I looked and closed the door at a woman emerged and angrily said to ask for permission before opening an item. Understandable, I replied it was no issue yet there were no signs and instead of just ending it there she kept repeating “don’t touch, sorry” like a broken record. Then enter this burly looking tall man enter the equation and he tells me that it is common sense not to touch items. The woman comes in front of me and says what if I come to your house and open all your cupboards to which I reply that my house isn’t a store where I am selling items. The male comes well this isn’t toys r us and gets very aggressive to the point where is an inch away from my face telling me to relax. I tell him this isn’t even an issue and he made it one when they got riled up over one comment. I left the store at my leisure clearly they were upset, they added a sign to the cabinet. Good luck with your clock business because with the type of customer service you won’t last long.

I visited the Clock Gallery at Lansdowne mall today after a friend suggested the place. I explained what I wanted and the gentleman went about doing what I had asked. I tried a couple other places that just said no I can't help you. I defiantly recommend the Clock Gallery.

One of the best clock store in town! It has a battery replacement service for only 5 dollars. They also have different designs, colours, and sizes of grandfather clock and antique clock collection.

This has got to be my worst shopping experience ever. There is this Chinese woman sales you want to avoid at ALL COST. I was thinking about buying a Grandfather clock for my house. I went in to this store to see what selections they have. This Chinese woman kept following me literally right behind me everywhere I go and repeating telling me I gota buy something today. But when I asked her the important details about the clocks she never answered my question directly and just kept asking me are you gonna buy something today or not, and in a very RUDE way. Well, you have to understand the nature of this business, you guys are selling all kind of luxury clocks. People don't just go in and say "oh hey, I am gonna buy this 8000 second hand grandfather clock right now and I don't have any questions, I don't care about the warranty, the components and what features it have." Basically this woman were saying, no questions are allowed to ask, you buy something today or get out. As soon as I told her I am still in the stage of seeing what you guys have here, she just turned away and refused to talk to me anymore. I can't even imagine what after sales service I would get if I bought something here. I have passed by this place many times before and I can see from outside this woman were in there for some years. I am sure I am not the first to complain about her, and the owner must have heard similar complaints before because people's character don't just change overnight. I do not know what's the reason she is still here. One thing I am sure of, because of her, this place had lost tons of business before, and will lose even more if she stays. Giving 1 star is too generous, if there were negative stars I would gave -100. I ended up buying a same clock from another store in Vancouver, at LESS THAN HALF of their price, with shipping.

I bought my clocks from them in the past and they were nice enough to service us well. But when it was time for us to trade in a grandfather clock, the owner, Ron graham will not even bother to come an see it. I sent him photos and he commited to coming. I followed up with him a couple of times but never heard back! So much for after sales service. I guess when it is time for him to fork out some money, the true being of the person comes out.
