Their pick up service is horrible. No body showed up for the scheduled pickup and on the next day, I suddenly got an email inform me that the pickup has been canceled for no reason. I’ve tried pick up service 3-4 time during the last 4 months. No body has ever showed up. It was normal before, but don’t know what’s happen to this company since last December. I called their pickup partner Canpar, and that company provide the worst customer on the world. They just gave me a ridiculous reason and then rudely hang off my phone. I hope chitchat can change their pickup partner.

We have been using Chit Chats Richmond for more than five years now and since the time Norma retired we have constantly been telling ourselves how much we miss Norma and Vicky on the front end. We were surprised to see positive reviews written for Felipe. Every single time we have interacted with him, he has been nothing but mean and rude. He treats us, the clients as though we are some kind of Criminals. How can he let someone drop off the packages at 10 am when the branch opening time is 11 am? Whereas if we arrive at 6:02 pm he refuses to accept packages. There can be many reasons a person MISSES THE DEADLINE - 6 pm! Felipe's rude attitude has been very disturbing. It is totally unacceptable. He should not be dealing with the customers on the front end. He should let other staff ( Mark, Vicky) deal with the customers and he should do the work at the back end.
They helped intercept a package I missed an item in. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very grateful. I have always had great customer service with this company and highly recommend them . Thanks Philip!
Chit Chats was a game changer for our business. We went from selling 5 signs a week to the USA. We now sell 75 signs a week . We can now compete with business in the USA ..The business model has been amazing for us
Things are very challenging for small businesses including shipping especially these days.. I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this chit chats location is!! Richmond (Phillip manager specifically) has gone above and beyond what I would ever expect from him. I have been processing orders, All night at times to get out packages to our customers and unfortunately errors keep coming up. The manager has been able to locate our packages, correct the errors and navigate me on how to get our parcel to it’s destination. It’s so hard to get a hold of anyone right now (including chitchats CS), and I have been able to call him TWICE regarding 2 packages, when I was expecting to be told I was out of luck. Go to Richmond!! best location, best service, best people and customer service is definitely top priority to this team! Thank you so so much for your help.. it’s already been such a tough year for all of us.
Chit Chats Richmond location - I am really impressed by their awesome branch of staff work there, Friendly, Efficient.... what else..., well, Just today, one of their staff member, Philips, going out his way helping me out, just make me really want to share my experience here: Let me give him five stars ***** first !!!... Ok, I was dropping off my mails there this morning at 10am without notice that they open at 11am. I normally do my mail run late in the afternoon... Just as I was kicking myself not checking their hours before come out all the way. One of their staff member, Philips come to me and asking if he can be of any help...he happen to come work earlier to sort out some of their large holiday loads... I was so happy that he offer to takes my mails out of my hands and save me the trip to come back again in the traffic later.... keep up the good work and Thanks again Philips, really appreciate your help today. Can't say enough good things about these people and the company! I was with the Richmond office since they started a few years ago, and I never had a thought to change to other shipping company. The staff are all very kind and knowledgable. I have been working with Felipe since last year, and he helped a great deal with our shippinng and made sure everything is done properly and smoothly. If you need to ship to US or within Canada, you definitely want to call them first. The process is fast and easy, and you will be surprised how much and trouble it will save you. It is just an awesome company! !
