We have a fleet of refrigerated trailers, where one unit took a little longer to reach temperature than the others. In my opinion, this was unacceptable and needed a professional to give this unit a checkup. I contacted Carmichael and from the start, their staff were very friendly, professional, yet having a "Family" feel. As the unit was given a thorough test and checkup, this unit had slightly less pressure than the others, most likely from the manufacturer during production. As a precaution, we decided to have some work done to be on the safe side. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy with how everything turned out. The unit now matches all the others and very very satisfied! I would highly recommend Carmichael and their Team for any work being done, and will continue to use them.
