How about you put the right business hours on your delivery notices? Delivery notice says 9:00 to 7:00 on Friday. It was not open at 6:15 when I was there. Good thing I'm not a senior citizen that needs to spend an hour on transit to get somewhere.

They've had a change in staff recently! Extremely friendly, courteous workers (for post office, at least) that process your request pretty quickly. All types of stamps available. I'd come back again!
In the past, I would purposefully NOT visit this location due to some very unfriendly and rude employees. However during my recent visit, it seems as though they've changed their employees. The lady who helped me send my parcel was so patient and kind. She explained everything that I needed and professional and efficient. Such a stark contrast from the extremely inhospitable service I've received in the past.
Showing pickup code and telling me that the code isn’t work here, being very rude. Even the manager seems not to solve the problem by telling us “stop lying it’s not ur package”. Truly confused about this place. Would have given negative star.
If I can give the no star, I will give the zero star. The mid-age woman is very rude. She said if you not donate , she will not borrow the thing for u. I don’t know why they force the customer to donate. By the way, very bad customer experience. This time I understand why this location have the low rate.
