Canada Post took 5 days to move my Toronto purchased package 10 km to Mississauga. It's now been sitting in Richmond BC \processing facility\ for a week. Three promised tracking delivery dates missed. If I printed how I really feel about Canada Post my review would never be printed. Everyone from supervisor and up should be fired. I will never use your service again. Subsidized to the tune of almost 1 Billion dollars a year with tax payer money which is the only reason they are still in business. The only items they can deliver on time is junk mail. Absolutely beyond useless.
If I could I would give it -5 stars. My order, like many other peoples, has been sitting in Richmond for 11 days now without moving, rang Canada post, opened a ticket with them saying “there is no concern at all” but if you won’t have it by 31st dec we will contact you for further instructions. Nothing happens over Christmas anyways so bye bye parcel I won’t be getting it. I cannot even put it to words how annoying it is and frustrating. At least I’m not the o my one with this situation , I live only half an hour from Richmond and normally I get parcels delivered the same day. I don’t think it’s that hard to go through your mail PROPERLY and get the parcel out to people. They may be important things. Shame on you Richmond processing postal service. And the saddest thing is you don’t even care! :(
I don’t really think people are reading what they are doing when they get the package. They legit have to go and deliver it themselves. Which is not needed, since they could just send it to another postal facility closer to your home, and not go through the extra work. (That’s why some/most of you don’t get updates on your package)
Doing a bbb complaint and going to be contacting my lawyers!! Packages constantly being lost. No call backs! Horrible customer service! Get the run around 24/7 ! This facility is horrible! Dont respond by your sorry and try to save face! Its too late !!!!
