I got basic milk tea with bubble and an original bubble waffle. How do you mess up a bubble waffle. The waffle tasted bland and felt undercooked. The milk tea was just ok. I recall this place being pretty good years ago - their quality have definitely decreased over the years.

This place generally has good drinks and waffles. However, please avoid getting the pork floss waffle when the owner/boss of the place is not present. This is my 6th time giving them a try on the pork floss, and frankly only the owner knows how to make a waffle that actually sticks. Other than that, everything else is good. Out of the 6 times only 2 times, when the owner made it, it actually came out combined, together. At this point they might as well blend everything together for me. This \thing\ costs 7 dollars. Photos are attached to show how an egg waffle is not supposed to be. Tldr; do not order when owner is not here or just avoid pork floss egg waffles in general

The absolutely best bubble tea and bubble waffle around Vancouver. I miss their location on Oak, now have to take a long commute to Richmond, but it's worth it. The only place where the tea is tasty and hot, if you ask. And the absolutely best waffles. I am a fan of mango mochi. Nothing as good as they in Vancouver, sadly.
Love the fresh mango cubes slush - the mangoes were perfectly ripe and the slush complemented the drink well. Yum!
