I loved the atmosphere of this place! I was immediately relaxed when I walked in. However I was not too happy with my results and tried calling multiple times over a week and got no answer. My lash lift left me with noticeably different results on my left and right eye (The left one was much curlier). The results also faded in 2 weeks, while I was expecting them to last for 4 - 6. I'm sure my experience with Browcasso is unique and most times they offer stellar service. Update: they reached out to me and helped make things right.

I would 100% recommend!! I lost my eyebrows due to getting chemotherapy treatments and Calais made me feel like myself again. She gave me my eyebrows back and I can’t thank her enough! She truly cares about her clients and is amazing at her job. She even took the time to message me privately to see how I was doing and how my eyebrows were healing. I had a really great experience. Now i literally had no eyebrows they were so mishaped and I was just used to having none! Calais really made me feel comfortable about my new eyebrows. She is friendly, and really knows her stuff! I will be seeing her again in 6 weeks for my touch up. And today is the second day I have had them and I have already received so many compliments! I first came to Browcasso in September 2019 for a Yumi lash lift and tint with Miyuki. She was very meticulous and did an incredible job. I was very impressed with the results and received tons of compliments! The studio itself was clean and peaceful, with lots of 3 hour parking stalls around. I came back today for another lash lift and tint, this time with Nozomi. Her work was also detail oriented with beautiful results. Nozomi was kind and courteous and I had another lovely experience. My preferences from the last visit were documented so it was easy to replicate my previous lash lift and tint. I will always come back to Browcasso for my lashes! Thanks for the wonderful experience ladies.

Miyuki is the best at lash lifts! She took her time and was very meticulous about them. I wont be going anywhere else for lifts anymore. The studio is very clean and well decorated. The rest of the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Browcasso. The customer service is great, the environment is welcoming, and when you walk it is noticeably clean and prestine. When I first got my eyebrows done 3 years ago I was nervous and very particular and Cal was very knowledgeable and patient with me in my particular nature. Since then I’ve relaxed and just sit back and let her do her work. There are many shops closer to where I live, but because of my great experiences, I choose to travel for my touch ups and come back here.
