not even deserve a single star. . I bought the Ronin SC in Richmond store on 11 dec 4pm, after I paid , I opened the box to take a look and leave.when i got home and open, I found that the original accessories phone holder is broken. I immediately went back to the store to ask for help and wish to have replacement or return , because I need to use it tomorrow. but they said I can't get refund once the box opened. OKAY , not even paid extra to upgrade the model !??? they said NO This is really a bad customer service, I could not get any help even I bought the product less than an hour. I think I will never purchase in broadway camera any more.

I love going to this location this is my preferred "broadway camera" location. the staff is amazing and very helpful. I am a wedding photographer and needed a second body for my main Nikon D850. I was confused about some models and what I should buy. before I went to the store I had called in and had spoken to Vincci. she was so helpful with answering my questions and made me feel comfortable about what I was about to buy (Nikon z6). when I went in she was very helpful and super nice! she let me test out the camera to make me feel even more comfortable before purchasing. highly recommend this location!

great store with wonderful selection of cameras and lenses. Their employees are welcoming and very helpful. When I went in to pick up a tripod I talked to Michael and he helped me out a lot by informing me which model was best suited for my camera's weight. He then went above and beyond by giving me a great tutorial on the tripod basics. I love the tripod I bought as it allows me to travel anywhere with it due to its lightweight material. Michael if you're reading this big thank you!

Michael was the sales person I spoke to, he is very knowledgeable and also very patient, he answered all the questions I needed to know.
