Wish this service wasn’t needed but until there is a new bridge or tunnel with a bike lane this is the only real way to cross. Leave extra time to get your bike on the trailer. We had great service one way and terrible help and driver support. Service seems to run a tight schedule but experience will be hit or miss depending on driver.

Very convenient and always on time. A better way to get through the tunnel on a bike than using a city bus.
A good option to get through the tunnel. Too bad it did not have a button you could push to request a ride on demand if the driver is on the other side. That button would be a game changer. Also it is time to upgrade the racks as they are falling apart.
First of all, HEY BC HIGHWAYS! Please label this spot on Google! Next, HEY BC HIGHWAYS! Please ditch the new bridge and put the steelworkers to work on a Patullo replacement already! And...put some money into a regular shuttle instead of ferry-synced trips.
