Benson was smart, knowledgeable and a very experienced teacher. I would highly recommend Benson for real estate licensing. One quick tip - I come to each lecture about 10-15 minute early, just to make sure I can get a seat. His curriculum is thorough and comprehensive. Definitely the best training school in town!

I took Benson's course for about 2 months and I passed the exam well above the passing mark which is 65% for mortgage broker. Benson's notes are very detailed and easy to understand because of the way they are presented. I highly recommend to take Benson's course if you are trying to get a license.
Our teacher Benson is very knowledgeable, he is every active in class which everyone. lt is a pleasure to listen to his class. He will demonstrate and make the most difficult part of lessons become easy to understand. We are very lucky to have such a brilliant teacher like him. ----student Blair
