Currently most of the world is on covid lockdown, but not ARCpoint labs. The staff do not wear masks, nor do they wash or sanitize their hands before making physical contact with patients and their possessions (e.g. my wife's phone). There is no social distancing in the waiting room, nor sanitizer on view. There is no sign or any acknowledgement of the covid pandemic anywhere. When I asked the owner Michelle Bratcher whether she thought this was appropriate for a front-line medical facility during a global pandemic, her response was, \You THINK there is a pandemic.

I googled labs in Richmond, Va and arcpoint labs showed up on top of list with high ratings so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted by Nancy and mentioned to her that I may need to be tested periodically and Nancy even offered me a discounted rate. Nancy was very nice and professional, answered all my questions and even had the supervisor Michelle call me the next day to answer more questions I had. I highly recommend this facility.

What a wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Michelle (the owner) took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the science of the test results, in terms I could understand. I highly recommend this lab!
