Horrible service, i tried to call about a situation that may effect my pay, they said they would call me back, i wait over half an hour and call them again, same thing and they never called me back. They have never helped me find work, just keep putting me into mandatory courses, the closest ive been to finding a job with them is them telling me there is a potential job then never hearing about that job unless if i ask and they suddenly have no clue.

If I could give it less then one star I would this provider in Richmond is hopeless they cut peoples pays and don't answer phone calls so they can fix it they also flirt with people's boyfriends which is very unprofessional in my opinion I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone you'd be better off looking for work by yourself you can go to centerlink to get transferred and I recommend you get transferred dont bother with this place
If you are given this office I HIGHLY recommend switching providers or offices. At no point have I been helped with finding a job
The Worst Agency. Address is incorrect, Client Manager is rude and disrespectful, she was very unpleasant- odd smell. The office is small with no reception and smells horrible.
