Booked an appointment to purchase and install winter tires on my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. Showed up on my appointment date and time, only to find that there was NO such appointment scheduled on their end. There were also NO tires available for me. Despite carrying the order number, confirmation email, and receipt of my deposit (100.00), I left the appointment with no new tires or explanation as to what happened. It has been 10 days. I have received no call or email to even try to rectify this situation. I will be asking for a refund on my deposit so that I don't waste any more time at this business.

I purchased a set of winter tires and both Costco and my car dealer could not mount it on my aftermarket rims because the spokes stick out. I spoke with Kevin at Alpha Auto about my situation and he helped me out the same day. He has great attention to details and provided excellent service.

Kevin is great to deal with and he offers the best prices with prompt service. I needed to get a tire replaced and he went the extra mile to make sure I got it covered through the warranty from the manufacturer and saved me from an otherwise expensive new tire.
