I am very sorry to say that ALDO product is very very bad. It’s totally waste of money. I had a bad experience with their products. We bought 2 pair of winter boots for me & my husband. Which was the newly arrived & it’s was the mostly expensive one in the entire store. But the boots doesn’t work-full in winter time. It’s was the worst product I have ever bought. I don’t know how the water go inside although it was waterproof boots yet. They changed one pair & still same problem. Just went again and want my refund but the store manager was very rude with us. She did many excuses. I will never recommend anyone to buy ALDO shoes. As there are many better product in market with the same price, then why should I buy ALDO???

I agree with Nade islam and Kh. Md. Jalal Uddin Rumy the shoes have been in a decline for the past 2 years, there is something wroing with the product management especially for mens shoes

Horrible product that damage ur foot. Winter boot is worst product I have ever tried. The boots not working properly, it’s doesn’t keep warm ur foot. I never recommend anyone to by their products.

Not sure who the customer representative was, but she was magnificent. Asked for one size, brought out multiple sizes for me to try, offered insoles to try as well. Suggested different colours and also helped me check other stores for available sizing. Also gave me proper sizing advise. Needless to say, she was super helpful, patient and nice. Also reminded me to sign up as a first time customer to receive an offer. Walked out with a pleasant purchase.

I was looking at new shoes, and taking my time, had on old white snow boots, cus it was snowing lots, and then all the staff and 2 security dudes were eye balling me making me feel very uncomfortable.i will never go back.but the mall is cool
