It is worth it for me to drive one hour for all my vehicle needs at Jones. They provide outstanding vehicle service and even better customer service. The tech took the time to ride with me to understand what I was seeing with my vehicle and he explained things with my heating and AC system that helped me understand better what was happening. I love this place!

This dealership has been outstanding in their assistance with the care and maintenance of my last truck that I purchased there. Although approximately an hour and a half from my home they were TOTALLY worth the drive. When we get ready for a new vehicle they are on our top 5 places to look. GREAT PEOPLE.
I love having my oil changed at Jones. When I call to make an appointment, they get it in quickly. They pick my car up while I’m at work and bring it back before I’m done. I highly recommend this service to everyone.
We had a great experience with Jones Chevrolet Buick. Roger Brown was great to work with. He is friendly, helpful, and a no nonsense, low-pressure kind of sales associate. We found the exact vehicle we wanted via an internet search, and the rest of the car-shopping, test-driving, and buying process effortless. We made the long trip to Richland Center WI from southern Minnesota and working with Roger was a nice surprise! We recommend Roger Brown and Jones Chevrolet. Our only complaint is none of the staff wore masks, even though it is mandatory in Wisconsin and all customers, including us, were wearing mask as required by the sign on the front door.
