Great Coffee, Tea, Sweets and Staff. If you need a break this is the place to come to. Only thing is the line up threw drive threw at times is sometimes long.
They always get order wrong. For example, I ordered a vanilla iced cap ( supreme) they always try to give me a creamy chill with sprinkles. I'll inform that at the speaker that I do not want a creamy chill or sprinkles on my iced cap and they still do it. Very annoying especially when the sprinkles taste awful.
My favorite Tim's in Moncton.
The owner needs to get the drive threw system fixed!!!! It is ridiculous, every morning having to pull out and go into the building to place my order. And half the time my order is wrong. Just terrible!!! Get it fixe PLEASE!!!!
Worst customer service. I purchased 3 gift cards. One was activated twice and one not at all. I escalated the case to Tim Hortons corporate customer service and was told someone from this location would get back to me to rectify this. I have not received a response.
