The cage I bought was broken and I did not receive a care guide for my new hamsters. I would have appreciated more guidance and undamaged merchandise. I will be returning the cage. I purchased one online. Probably a good idea to open the boxes for those Kaytee cages at the time of purchase. The plastic was shattered on the extension pieces. Staff was kind but the experience was frustrating.

I had my dog nails trimmed. Petco has a new program for 19 a month you get unlimited nail cuts and teeth brushing (plus a few more things). This is the BEST anything pet company has done for my beagles.
HUGE thanks to the manager Jon at the Richfield, MN location. I damaged an item while transporting it out of the store to my vehicle, lucky for me a nice woman at the pet grooming area noticed and came outside to offer help. She then spoke to the manager who offered to replace the product (to my surprise). Instead of leaving with disappointment I left with my item and a new appreciate for Petco. Thanks Jon and unknown lady!

Great selection of cat, dog, small animal, reptile, aquatic, and bird supplies. They always have what I need for my dogs and cats. Always clean, and the staff is very friendly.
Great selection of fish. And anything for your dog and other pets. Staff was pleasant.
Employees are very helpful and always check up on you. Nice location as it's close to my house.
