Twice in the last week I've received the wrong soup and no receipt in the bag to prove my order.. By the time I figure out I got the wrong order, I'm no longer in a position to where I am able to go back and exchange it. The soup is great, but it seems like a rare occurrence that I get the soup I ordered

Been to a few Paneras and they make sure you have the same equal treatment of service and experience at any locations (like Olive garden). This location is a newer Panera and it's clean and the service is excellent. The food to me could use a little help in execution and flavor but it's not bad for the suburban family.

Food is delicious, but the service has been terrible since Covid. I’ve come here twice and the first time we couldn’t use our coupon, and both their kiosks were broken. There was no one around to help us so we had to ask the people who were making food in order for someone to come fix the kiosk. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience. There are no front registers so kiosks are the only way to order. The second time we asked if we could use our coupon and the manager made us feel like a huge burden and told us we should go outside, drive through the drive through, and then use it there and come in to eat. Seriously? When she did open a register up front she also made a point to emphasize that she hadn’t used the front registers since before Covid, she rushed us to say our order as quickly as possible, and then she couldn’t even repeat it back to us because she wasn’t listening. Panera shouldn’t mail out coupons that can only be used in person (not online or at a kiosk) if there are no front registers open and their kiosks are unreliable. We were also in the store for 30 minutes and no one once wiped down the kiosks or tables. Gross! This store should be shut down in house if they aren’t even wiping down these kiosks that everyone is touching! I don’t blame the workers, but whoever is running Panera needs to figure this out because it’s a terrible model. Again. Don’t mail out coupons in this neighborhood if you can’t even use it in house.

Place is located on my way to work & has a drive thru. They have trouble keeping my order correct. This has happened to me the last 4 times. I will no longer stop @ this location

Love love love the month of free daily bagels! If you aren’t a Panera member, get a card so you can get in on that deal. Good food and nice service. Love that you can order from your table or that staff will bring food to you. Nice atmosphere. Well run and very clean. Place was busy when I came on a Saturday but they were pushing the food out at a good pace.
