Having good customer service means answering your phones when they're being called. I don't care if I have to sit on hold but you can't leave paying customers unanswered like that. At least act like you care about this job.

Chris and the rest of the staff, but specifically Chris, has been nothing but kind and caring. He works with my mom a lot who is older and sometimes difficult to work with but he always takes the time to answer her questions, find the best games for her, and offer her all of the best deals. Chris is an angel. This man deserves a raise if he hasn’t already had one!
This gamestop was the worse none of the employees spoke to me or asked if they could help me everyone got that but me highly dissatisfied with this location the WORSE GAMESTOP
