As usual very happy with the service at the Chester Branch, Joe looked after me, knowledgeable on the products and helped me chose the right solution. Service is excellent as usual.

Great customer service! I was helped by Adam who spent time talking through various choices of 4k Ultra HD TVs but at that stage I hadn't quite made my decision. I had a look in another large electrical outlet and was so unimpressed by the service there I returned to Richer Sounds. Adam had reserved the TV I wanted as there was only one left and after a short wait - the shop was very busy by then - Adam took care of my purchase and even gave me a 10 reduction. I couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service I received. Prices are very competitive and you also get a 6 year guarantee! Highly recommended.
Very good service. The staff know their stuff on the items that they sell, which is important. Also items are very fairly priced.
