I wish I could give a 0! The new lady working there is very rude, I have only had 2 encounters with her and both times she has told me she \doesn't have time\ to do her job and she is so rude/mean for no reason. She has been continually sending packages back (not just our home, other people have been telling me this as well), when she knows who they belong to but if there is a slight change in the address she will simply send them back, without warning. When ordering online sometimes it won't continue until you put your legal address, if this reads on the address, she will send the package back. She has been writing on our mail...I am sure that is illegal. Either way, I wish we could have the other lady back, she was wonderful and pleasant. I have my children, my niece and myself sending our packages elsewhere now so we don't have to deal with her. I will be writing a formal complaint to Canada Post as well. I have asked a few people I know who live in the area if they have had problem, so far everyone has been saying they have also had the same problems. Please do not work in customer service if you can't simply be a nice person.

Strongly dislike the hours of operation, would be nice to actually be able to get my parcels and packages after work. Two hour lunches seems kind of ridiculous, other then that excellent and friendly service.
Awesome customer service, all employees of this post office are very helpful, friendly and professional.
Staff is appallingly rude and argumentive. My deliveries have been sent home and opened by other people. Difficult hours.
2 hour lunch but can't be open long enough for 9-5ers to get their packages?!
