I will only ever use Richardsons cycles in Kings Lynn. Stefan has been looking after and servicing my triathlon bike and road bikes for the past 3 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and will go out of his way to ensure my bike is fast and race ready. If he doesnt have what I need in stock, he will always order the parts for me that day. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him! He gets really busy at times so I would recommend phoning first to book your bike in.

I popped into the Kings Lynn shop today with a problem with my rear wheel. I am on holiday nearby. I only wanted a spoke spanner but the guy insisted I would mess up on my own and that I bring my bike in for him to take a look at. 20 mins of highly skilled labour later (!) my bike was fixed and he was right - I would have messed up. Really appreciate what he did for my family and I today - he could have easily sold me the spanner and sent me on my way. V professional and very kind
Was on holiday in North Norfolk, needed a new gear cable fitted, rang up Richardson’s Cycles and they said bring it in and they could fix same day! Another cycle shop told me to come back in a week... Certainly recommend!
Maybe the owner of this shop has taken on more work than he can manage during the current period? Bike service took over 3 weeks & customer relations don’t seem to be a high priority. Although I was told that any extra work required would be discussed and agreed before being done this did not happen & I was charged almost 3x the cost of the basic service that I had booked my bike in to have for additional work & parts fitted when I picked It up.
Stefan knows his way around bikes, always friendly and ready to give advice. Great local bike shop
