I absolutely do not recommend this NOT AT ALL. I went to get my IPhone 5 screen fix, easy fix. First he told me it would be 70 then when I came to pick it up it was 85 plus Tax... Then when I returned home my phone died within 1hours I was highly upset... They told me there was nothing they could do,but change my battery at a discounted price so I did it to save time then with Sprint... Biggest mistake got home and same exact thing happen. Long story short don't waste your time or money here...

I generally don't write reviews positive or negative but after my experience today at We Do Electronics I'm compelled to post this. I have used this company for about three years without a problem and would highly recommend them until today (2/23/2016). They have always provided excellent service at a reasonable fee. However, good reliable service is only part of what makes a good company. The other part is courtesy for their customers. Today, We Do Electronics failed miserably in the courtesy department. I took my desktop in for service. The work order was filled out and attached to the unit. As I was about to leave nature was calling. I politely asked if I could use their rest room. I was told that they did not have a public rest room. I indicated that it was fairly urgent that I go. The reply was "Sorry". Upon hearing that I picked up the my computer and told them that I'll take my business elsewhere and I left. If a company does not extend their customers the BASIC courtesy of using their rest room, I can't to do business with them. This TOTALLY unacceptable and ABSOLUTELY ridiculous to have to post something this senseless. I guess you could say that the moral of this story is that, if you go to We Do Electronics make sure that you use the rest room before you go there. CONGRATULATIONS WE DO ELECTRONICS!!! Your "PRIVATE REST ROOM" cost you a customer.

I have a laptop computer that got a broken screen. I called and brought the computer to their store and they replaced it with a new screen within 10 minutes! Wow. And since I was there, I also let them fix my cell phone. It had a broken glass. Well, the only thing I don't like about this place is it's a little tricky to to them. But once you are there, you will be treated like a king. I love it.

Went to the store by recommendation of a friend, who had mentioned he had gotten 25 iPhone screens here before. When I got to the store to buy a new iPhone screen, I was told it would be 35. While still 10 higher than I was prepared to pay, I figured that because I needed the screen today (and could not look up more stores, since my phone is broken) that 10 more would not be too big of an issue. After they went to the back and got the screen, I paid for the screen. However, the receipt said about 43 including tax - I asked how much the screen cost, and the guy said 40. I mentioned that I thought they had just told me 35, and the guy behind the counter asked "Who told you that?". I was so confused and shocked that I just ate the cost and left. The man behind the counter also had a Pokemon t-shirt with a joke about killing people, which is extremely unprofessional. There are so many similar stores out there - I highly suggest going somewhere else for electronic parts and services.

My father's laptop would not power on and I had PC Geeks do a diagnosis for 50. They told me the motherboard was dead and not repairable, and they pressured me into buying a refurb PC from them for 275 (less 50 diagnosis fee). I ended up ordering a new mobo online for 24 with a 2 year warranty and had it installed by "we do electronics" for 35. They told me the video chip was bad, not the mobo. If you want PC diagnosis and repairs for less, I highly recommend "we do electronics".

After calling and asking about the MacBooks they said they had, driving thru over 2.5 hours of traffic , I find myself in a sketchy building that looks completely trashed, a guy comes thru and ask if I need help, I told him I was there about the macs I called on . He said we are out of them. And walked to the back. Just an FYI to anyone who is debating whether to even bother with this business my answer wld be ABSOLUTELY NOT! I was walking in ready to purchase cash in hand and walked away with nothing, and they didn't even bother to see if I might have wanted something else!
