Worst store experience I ever had. I can tolerate issues but these guys lie to customers. Be very cautious of their words as they say something and finally they claim they did not.

Don't purchase anything from this store. I purchased a Dell laptop and the first time I opened, I found the LCD had hardware issue. I had reported the same as soon as possible. They didn't accept for a refund. Dell had agreed to give the refund but the store refused to refund the same. It took almost 20 days for my laptop to get delivered. Price in dell is less than this store even after student discount (including tax).
The store is good and convenient for any tech products, staff is cooperative.
The staff is super chill. They let my brother and I play a game with each other on their two gaming laptops which was really fun. I have not bought things from this store though.
Staff has been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.
