Terrible service. Been left standing here while they look at their phones. Poor attitude from anyone I talked to.
Excellent customer service. The woman working in the services center today was all by herself, had several customers requiring her attention, yet she was the utmost professional and accommodated my shredding needs. She acknowledged and apologized for the wait, which was not her fault.
There was this worker named Pat who works in the printing department. He went above and beyond to assist us. He was super helpful and was the nicest person ever!
Their printing station is horrible. They charge you 5 to use their service and then still charge you an additional cost for every page you print. Unless your tech savvy you will need an associate to help and then good luck finding one in the store.
