Quick Roofing responded to our request for a roof replacement rapidly. They replaced our large, steep roof in two days and very promptly after the request. Unfortunately, the quality seemed to be lacking. Two leaks appeared after the repair was done and an independent roofer found what he felt was substandard workmanship in spot checks. He worried the deficiencies were likely widespread. Quick does promise to remedy deficiencies if they appear and did fix the leaks promptly when they were identified. Some apparent lack of supervision seemed to lead to other less extreme problems such as an unsightly gutter overhang, landscaping damage, failure to tack down leaf guards. These were ultimately corrected when brought to the company's attention. Restaining and repairing our damaged fence was delayed for two months and the company's representative seemed surprised nothing had happened when this was brought to his attention. On the other hand, the fence work was done very well and Quick went beyond what others probably would have in completing a difficult gate foundation repair. Another positive was that the company sent a senior officer to make sure issues were taken care of as far as we know. In summary, Quick will try to make sure you are satisfied and will exert strong efforts to make sure the customer is happy. However, mistakes were made and it seemed to take too long to deal with some problems.

I moved into a brand new house a little over 2 years ago. With a brand new roof installed by quick roofing. Since then, I have had 4 total repairs done to THE SAME isolated area where shingles aren’t “sticking” correctly. The 4th time around I asked 3 separate roofing companies as well as a roof inspector to come and help me figure out what on earth the issue was. They all told me the same thing. “Poor installation, nails driven all the way through the shingle, the adhesive on the shingle isn’t sticking”. Quick roofing comes out and advises it’s a manufacturer issue yet it’s the shingles they had already replaced 4 times now!!! To top it off on the 3rd repair, Someone must have been cutting up top that ripped through the felt and caused about 600 of water damage via a leak. I am now for the 5TH TIME needing replacement shingles due to guess what... wind blown shingles and guess where.. the EXACT same ones that were already replaced 4 times prior by Quick Roofing. This has been the most frustrating timeframe in the short 2.5 years with a BRAND NEW ROOF dealing with issue after issue only to have them replaced so they can fly off once again.
One star because I cannot give them ZERO. I wanna begin by giving you one word that describes their customer service and worksmanship: Dismall. We moved into our home in Plano and the roof needed to be redone due to storms in the area and it was a condition precedent to us purchasing the home. Our realtor recommended quick roofing. We got it done with them. Great customer service to actually GET our service. Fast foward 3 years. Our family was falling ill. We hired a State Liscensed Mold Acessor, who showed and explained to us that because of shoddy worksmanship from our roofing company there was a leak in our roof where mold had grown on the beams of the attic and spread to our AC ducts. We paid thousans of dollars to get the mold remediated properly because of the attic leak. We called quick roofing, they sent Toni, who assured us it was not their fault, but would give us a quote to fix it. He had his guy slap some caulking in the meanwhile they were coming out the following week. Ironically, That'sthe lasr I heard from Toni. I have called quick roofing five times (today 05/06/2020 was the last) since, with them promising each time they will come out and fix the fireplace. They ASSURED me that I would get an answer by the end of the day. Nothing. I really believed Toni when he came in and talked to us. Quick roofing appeared to be a legitimately honest business. Perhaps we had fallen through the cracks. I thought. Five calls later, I can no longer extend the benefit of the doubt. They are either dishonest or cripplingly ineffective. We have REAL DAMAGES to claim against them. My husband and I had discussed, and after talking to Toni, we had decided to just get the fireplace fixed and let it go. Mistakes happen, right? This is no longer a mistake.
We had a great experience using quick Roofing! Martin Salinas was fantastic with phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend using Martin & Quick Roofing. He worked directly with our insurance carrier and did an amazing job. Me and my wife both love our new roof and will definitely be using them next time we get a hail storm!
Was referred to Quick Roofing by a neighbor. Martin Salinas was great, he handled everything. New roof, gutters, paint on the house and fence. All the contractors were fantastic, did quality work, were very friendly and cleanup was perfect. Highly recommend Quick Roofing and Martin Salinas!
