The manager Randy is great,very knowledgeable and can answer any questions or concerns you may have.
So my last day was September 20th. I had called Friday the 18th to settle the account. At that time i was asked do you want this card to auto renew \ i said NO\ we are done on the 20th. So when i called to day to ask how and why I was charged today on the 21st? I was told \it does not matter\ its already done? That is call processing payment with out authorization. it 100% matters. RUDE, unprofessional and they don't do what you discuss over the phone. Thank GOD i recorded the call she 3 times said she would not be adding the card to renew, infect she deleted the other cards on the account. Then I asked today how this happened and \It dont matter:\ TAKE your service to some one who gives a dang.
