Zach Hooper was the HVAC technician assigned to my warranty claim. He was on Tim, professional and informative. He educated me on my new system to be able to prevent failures in the future. He also pitched the service program but was not pushy on the sale, just communicated the importance. Great person. Wish him all the best in his career.

Can someone please explain why 2 tankless water heaters installed in-series(by mistake from plumber) turn on when just 1 faucet is kept on in the entire home? RHEEM technician found out the fault on call and helped me navigate the issue. As per L&S, both water heaters should turn on. WHY??? To increase utility charges? Not taking plumber name here. No process to escalate issue in L&S. Poor Service with bad customer facing experience.
Victor from L&S was very knowledgeable. He rolled up his sleeves, identified the issue, and ultimately repaired it. We were very lucky to get Victor out. And L&S is fortunate to have someone with Victor's knowledge on their team! Thank you, Victor!
