This organization cares about its employees and is dedicated to ensuring its customers get the best value for the services they provide. I've been working for them over a year now and have seen their core values as a business and the integrity behind all the projects I've been a part of. The subcontractors we partner with have been long-standing contractors who do the right thing and focus on quality. The owners of J4 are very involved with all aspects of projects and welcome employees as part of a family. I recommend them as an employer and as a GC any sub would want to partner with. You will not be disappointed as a customer in getting quality work done.

Terribly managed company with lack of professionalism and follow up. I was told twice that they were interested in me as a candidate and I kept getting pushed aside everytime i reached out. 3 weeks later two of my emails got ignored and i clearly did not get the position AFTER they told me twice they were super interested in speaking both weeks I had reached out. Super unprofessional and lack of follow up. As for the hr and project managers go i would not recommend doing business with them.

This company is renovating the complex in which I currently live. They leave cans, bottles and paper plates everywhere. They do not clean up their nails and debris upon leaving. People, children and pets live here. We all still have to walk the grounds and none of us want to see trash and hazardous debris laying around. They park their personal vehicles in tenant parking instead of guest parking. Absolutely zero respect shown for the tenants. Their trucks will be parked in the middle of the driveway blocking the exit so they can all eat lunch. Rude and horrible company.

We did a residential rehab project with J4 and loved working with them. The end client was extremely happy with their attention to detail, prompt response time and great customer service. Jeff and Chris are fabulous to work with and we will definitely do business with them again.
