Very quick service. I got a club re-gripped and spent less than 20 minutes in the store. I was the second customer in line for club repairs. The staff are very knowledgeable. I wish their prices were lower.

Just bought new shoes and a hat at the Regina Golf Town site. GREAT deal on the shoes and the hat is very nice so 5 stars on the merchandise. My 2 star rating was on the “customer service”. I was there before the doors opened at 10:00 a.m. When the doors opened at 10:00 sharp I was the first customer in the store and I’m fairly certain that nobody came in after me. I knew exactly what I wanted as I had done the research online prior to going into the store. I found the shoes immediately and waited ... and waited ... for some assistance. There were a couple of staff at the front entrance and I could hear somebody hitting golf balls at the back of the store - but nobody came to help me. Finally I started waving my hands, jumping around, and almost yelling for someone to give me some assistance. A young person who was still at the front of the store saw me and asked if I needed help - LOL ... kind of humorous. I asked a number of questions about the shoes most of which he wasn’t quite sure on how to answer as it sounded like he really didn’t know what he had in stock. I asked him if he could check the stock - which he did but then got confused between a size 9 and a 9 1/2. I asked for a shoe-horn to put the shoes on so I didn’t wreck the back of the shoe while putting it on. He didn’t have a clue what I was talking about - so I explained what a “shoe horn” was and that maybe it’d be a good idea to have one around especially seeing that the store sells expensive shoes. Finally, the attitude he displayed was one of, “I don’t want to be here!”. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt - maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyways ... I could go on and describe a couple of other things that were indicative of this experience of very poor customer service and lack of knowledge on his part.
Waited almost 20 minutes to get 2 clubs fixed. A few people helping others, a number of workers walking around. No one asked if I needed help.
Tim the fellow working the grip centre was phenomenal. Not only did he make fun of my clubs he actually asked me about my game and recommended a cheaper set than I wanted. He was honest, easy going and really helpful when it came to picking grips. Give this guy a medal, I just want to come back and hang out with him. Luckily you don't serve beer otherwise I would have stayed all afternoon. 10/10 will be back again.

Love this place. Staff are incredibly helpful and more importantly, knowledgable. Always a pleasure coming here even when you dont buy anything
I have taken 2 clubs there on 2 different occasions. First time it took almost 4 weeks to re grip a club, that was a fail. But the manager tried to save face and offered me a discount. So i went back, second time my experience was even worse. To me it seems like the workers could care less about impressing the customers. My clubs now get re gripped at my local pro shop for half the price.
Nobody said hi hello i wondered around looked the clearance shoes and tried on one pr off the rack and six or more out of boxes from the shelf. Really guys there are other stores or the internet, oh I picked up a glove and know one helped there either !#*--- - great service
