Despite the short amount of notice we gave them, Gold Crown Valet Service was able to accommodate exactly what we needed and when we needed it. They were on time for our event, the showed up looking very professional, and they were an absolute delight to have around for the night. Our guests were very pleased and so were we. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. We hope to have the pleasure of working with you again in the near future.

Gold Crown deserves a gold crown haha. The staff are absolutely awesome! They're incredibly polite, they're professional, they showed up right on time. Guests have made compliments specifically about the valet service, they keep their prices competitive, and any time you ever have even the slightest issue they're willing to go out of their way to fix it. They truly care about their customers and it shows.
First time to hire and most likely last. They were recommended by a non-profit and thought I'll try them. As far as the service I can not comment since I did not get to meet any of the drivers or manager. I was the chair of the event and was busy but not so busy they couldn't find me. At the end they left without communicating with me yet again and a few people did not know where there keys were left and became panicked. This was resolved. My main problem is they gave me a quote for exactly what We received but when I got the bill it was 276.00 over the quoted price. I have called 3 plus times and have been told the person I need to talk to is too busy and will call me back. Still no return call and the event was over a week ago.
Gold Crown Valet has been a vital tool to making our events a success, we've been working with them for about a year now and they've been nothing but perfect! They're always on scene early to get everything setup, they're amazing with our guests and they treat everyone they come in contact with with respect. I would absolutely use them again, and plan to.
Gold Crown Valet has been a great experience for us. We hired them for a banquet and our guests had nothing but positive things to say about them. They greeted our guests with a smile on their faces, treated the vehicles and guests with respect, were polite, and courteous. When we called to book them they were great over the phone, answering a few questions we had. They arrived right on time and were outstanding the entire day!
