The process of buying our flat through Richard Worth was satisfactory and so we decided to choose them when selling our flat. Unfortunately we wish we hadn’t as the service was really not up to scratch. Communication and service was poor. We had to constantly chase them for information and often didn’t get calls back. Although I contacted them to express our frustration nothing changed and so in the end we stopped bothering and they never contacted us. Even on the day of the move we didn’t hear from them until I called the office about the keys. We would recommend Property Assistant who have been excellent, communicate regularly and we have one point of contact who is always helpful.

We purchased our property from a seller who has instructed Richard Worth and cannot speak more positively of our experience of dealing with Steve and the team. Not only did they ensure all of our questions about the property were comprehensively answered, they were polite, helpful and knowledgeable along the way.
