I'm sure Richard won't mind me describing his approach and service as old school, but he is a very genuine and honest person to work with. Don't think this means he doesn't use modern technology to ensure your property is properly marketed. A much delayed sale due to COVID-19, Richard and his team made sure that the sale went through during a difficult period. The advise from the team ensured I didn't lose or delay the sale. If I was still in the area I would happily use the services of Richard State again.
