Absolutely brilliant service. Donna was thoughtful, compassionate, patient, helpful, caring, flexible and genuine, which is exactly what was needed at such a distressing time for our family. Cannot thank you enough for taking care of my grandmar until she was laid to rest. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Richard Lloyd funeral services. So professional from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about a thing everything was sorted for us exactly how we wanted it. Brilliant communication from Donna and the team. Made a tough time a lot easier to deal with.
I walked into Richard Lloyd in Woodley like a lost lamb.. I was in shock and had no idea how to begin arranging my brother in laws funeral. Donna Young was so wonderful and kind.. guiding me through the process, giving me choices and a much needed ear. I remember sitting there and thinking how am I going to get through this... Donna you were my keystone..... thank you.
I used Richard Lloyd when my father-in-law passed away over 5 years ago and I have just used them again for my mum. They have been absolutely wonderful. Donna was amazing in the way she accommodated all our requests without a moments hesitation and the overall cost was significantly better than others where she even passed on a saving she had managed to obtain for us. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
Donna was so helpful, understanding and very caring. A really difficult day was made so much more bareable with the help we were given. Every member of staff was so polite, so helpful and very professional. They really couldn't have been nicer to us and went that extra mile to help..
