RICHARD LANGUAGE COLLEGE- IELTS FACULTY ALL I CAN SAY PATHETIC. IF YOU WANT TO CHOOSE A CENTRE, NEVER CHOOSE THIS CENTRE. REALLY POOR SERVICE. BOOKED TEST ON 6TH OF FEBRUARY AND DUE TO LOCKDOWN ALL THE CENTRES HAD TO CANCEL THE TEST WHICH IS UNDERSTABLE. THEN THEY CHOOSE A DATE FOR YOU WITHOUT ASKING YOU AND WHEN YOU DISAGREE WITH THE DATE AND ASK FOR REFUND THEN THEY SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT 190. I EVEN SENT THEM THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE PAYMENT DETAILS. SENT MANY MAILS TO THEM NO RESPONSE. LAST CONTACTED BRITISH COUNCIL AND GOT A MAIL FROM RICHARD LANGUAGE COLLEGE THAT THEY ARE REALLY WORKING HARD TO FIND THE PAYMENT (SUPPOSED TO TAKE A MINUTE) AND WILL GET BACK TO ME ONCE THE INVESTIGATION COMPLETE. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND. NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS CENTRE.

I recommend the school. It offers several type and different level of courses. All staff (teachers and secretary) is really professional and friendly. They managed even the Covid situation very well, Thanks to Amanda who replied my emails promptly. The teachers are definitely super! I would like to thank my teachers who taught me a lot. They will focus what you exactly need. I gave 5 plus plus stars! I checked the Google comments before registration Hopefully, my Google comment would be helpful to choose the right place for you.
I had a wonderful experience when I stayed in Richard language college. They are nice for each students from countries. Teachers are passion and patience. I love to study in the school. Just come and join us.
A great place to study with a very friendly staff and very knowledgeable teachers. Plus, Bournemouth is very pleasant for a stay when it's sunny. I definitely recommend!
