I had a great experience with Richard Knight Cars from start to finish, Richard provided a superb honest car with a fair price and excellent service. Richard is very approachable and friendly and helped us get the car we wanted. However when the car started to go wrong he had it in and said nothing was wrong with it. Had a fault light flash up constantly and was told it was an electrical fault and not to worry. The warranty then ran out and the car completely stopped working. Turns out it is a very serious fault and that it should have been picked up when taken back to be checked. We now have a car sat on drive that we cant use and are paying for each month . It's going to cost over a grand to fix. Contacted Richard for help and advice he asked me to email over the documents which I did and then heard nothing. I called and emailed but he did not respond. We feel very disappointed that he didn't even acknowledge our plea for help.
Dealt with Richard for many years. Not pushy and always takes the time to sell you the right car for you. He sourced our Peugeot 208 and had everything set up and ready. A great experience buying from Richard.
