Richard James were very responsive with the initial listing and advertisement of my house, publishing quickly and generating mass interest. A buyer was found quickly. Following this their sales progression team kept me up to date with developments of the sale throughout, communicated well and were proactive in getting everything completed at the earliest opportunity. A good experience that I would certainly recommend others use.

My wife and I have been on the house market looking for a property for a few weeks. To say we’ve seen a number of properties with various agents is an understatement! A few days ago we viewed a property with Tracey Williams from the Swindon branch. We found Tracey personable, professional and above all, genuine. It was refreshing to encounter an agent who seems human rather than ‘estate agent robot mode’. A lot of the time over the last few weeks we have been made to feel like somewhat of a number but that wasn’t the case with Tracey. I passed my comments on to the Branch Manager Mark who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience!
Honestly, the best service I have received from agents. Tracey in particular was amazing with us and really took the time to understand our wants and dislikes. We were never spammed with a list of properties but rather a carefully selected list, highlighting her attention to detail and customer focus. Her knowledge of Swindon was outstanding, whether it be the local shops, schools, entertainment or transport. Living in London it was not always easy getting the time to set up viewings but Tracey and the team were as flexible and understanding of this as they could be. She would also assist out of hours and on her days off, which really shows the above and beyond type of care she delivers. Will definitely bring any future business here.
I found all the staff at Richard James (Grange road) extremely helpful. Sharon Clarke has been an absolute diamond, could not wish for a better person/agent to deal with. I would highly recommend them
