Really fancied a steak for tea , called into McIntyre butchers and purchased a \T\ bone , on the back of knowledgeable advice from staff on cooking methods, returned home and cooked the steak as advised .......... wow , the result was fabulous!! Best steak I've ever had ! I cannot recommend McIntyre butchers enough, thank you .
Went on holiday and ended up visiting bute, spotted the butchers and had to have a steak, am fussy on tubes, fat so on but the young butcher was very professional on his cut and how i wanted it to be for myself and hubby, cheap and tasted the best. was so worth the ferry (hate boats and get sea sick). Lovely place to vistis and so friendy. Thank you.
