We recently ordered two sofas from Richard F Mackay and were delighted with the help and advice we got from Hollie. We went in thinking we knew exactly what we wanted but discovered that the corner sofa we wanted would be too big for the room. Hollie cheerfully and efficiently guided us to a combination that would fit and at no time did we feel any pressure to buy. It was also very helpful being able to take home the sample books to match colours. Now really looking forward to the sofas arriving in the new year!

We bought a beautiful dining room table and chairs recently from Richard F Mackay. I must leave a review to just say their customer service and products are excellent. We had to get our dining table and chairs delivered in two deliveries, and all four delivery drivers were superb and soooo helpful. The showroom is gorgeous, and staff (we were helped by Holly) were brilliant. Customer service totally spot on from all staff, and the quality of their product is absolutely gorgeous. I look forward to shopping with Richard F Mackay again in near the future. Also, when we went to the showroom I had recently given birth. I needed to feed my newborn, and the staff made me feel safe and welcome to feed whilst on the premises. Just cannot speak highly enough of the service.

Ordered our leather suite in March it was a long time coming due to Covid 19. Received it on 23 October and it was worth the wait. Hollie our sales person was very efficient and bubbly person. The delivery men were terrific trying to get my suite in the house was quite a feat but they managed.

I ordered a new dining table and chairs from Richard F Mackay, and I also bought a new sofa at the same time; because I couldn't decide which items I wanted to purchase, I made several trips to the store. I dealt with Jason, who was very patient and incredibly helpful during my visits, answering my countless questions as I asked them. Shortly before delivery, it came to light that there was a small problem with my order, but Jason immediately took ownership of this, and he rectified the issue within a few days (these things happen, but Jason was on the ball with resolving the issue, and I'm delighted at his proactive handling of it). My dining table and chairs arrived first, and my sofa arrived just a few days later. The delivery team (Mark and Emil) were wonderful, and it was lovely to have the same delivery team for both items. Mark and Emil were quick, efficient, friendly, helpful, and took great care when manoeuvring items through my hallway so as not to cause marks to the floors and walls. I'm absolutely delighted with my new furniture, and I'll certainly buy from Richard F Mackay again.
