We ordered two 3' foot subs, a wrap platter, and a sub platter for a birthday party last weekend. Everything way great! Food was awesome & received many compliments, it was all ready before the pick up time, which is always a plus. Only con was that the staff wasn't as friendly or courteous as they should have been for spending 200. Thanks for the great meal Subway!

I was not impressed. The employee just barely sliced an extremely thin layer of bread off the top of the sandwich, so thin I could see through it. I asked for different bread that was sliced a little more evenly and she said ' that's just the way the bread is, there is nothing I can do about it'. I did call the customer service number on the bottom of my receipt and I was told that I could have left and went somewhere else and if the sandwich isn't made to my liking I'm under no obligation to accept it and pay for it. This interaction leads me to believe that Subway doesn't care if the customers are satisfied. My family will not be going back to this particular Subway; there is a McDonald's 10 feet from Subway and the McDonald's employees care about the customers.
Yummy. We love the Rice Minnesota Subway. Always clean and the people that work there are nice. Plus the subs are delicious
