The facilities are new, kept very clean and the staff are super friendly and responsive to any questions. Been renting my space there for almost a year, and very happy. Highly recommend this for storage needs in Rice. Jim

It serves its purpose. I like that it doesnt have certain operating hours you are able to access your stuff at any time. I dont like the fact that if you are a few days late they charge you A LOT extra, with the pandemic in affect they should have some kind of grace period.
Great staff and storage unit. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Storage unit is secure, fenced in, on camera, and very nice. Highly recommend.
So far it has been a life saver. Holding a lot of my extra indulgences.
