Arrived, pumped my gas, said receipt printed inside. No problem. Went to the door, had The be back sign with a phone number (pictured). I called and they said they’d be back in 10 minutes!! They fortunately arrived quickly but... I went in to the bathroom. No toilet paper, I asked for some and she gave it to me. Then I asked for paper towels to dry my hands. The man at the register rudely motioned me to get my receipt and said he couldn’t give me paper towels: worst customer service ever. I was going to purchase some road snacks but I just left. Skip to the next exit if you can!

More pumps were broken than working. No option to pay at the pump. Air compressor wasn't working. Attendant wasn't helpful - like he didn't really care.
