Delicious foods! We visited Ribote back in June. Cod and root vegetables and the dessert was banana foam with caramel cake.

Really enjoyed my meal here. The ambiance was lovely and our meal started off with a little gift from the kitchen, roasted celeriac with some vegetable purée, very yummy. They have a vegetable entree that is up to the chefs discretion - I was so happy with it. Roasted veggies with mashed potatoes and no carbs but the meal comes with bread so you can always carb up if you’d like. The dessert was delicate and delicious. Didn’t know until we arrived but they’re in the Michelin guide. Would be happy to come back!
