Great atmosphere, amazing brunch and good selection of specialty beers.
Ownership has changed hands in the last two weeks. We had a very friendly chat about their new focus: less variety, yet rather focussing on quality. Coffee of the month was from Tanzania , which was lovingly prepared with a Chemex, and they've gone out of their way to even have an electric Hario kettle on hand, with the coffee ground right before brewing. Was super tasty, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for specialty coffee. I love that they're moving away from fully-automatic machines, and going for minimalistic quality. So, if you're in Ribe, and you're checking out the historic sites, then head down to Porsburg for a decent coffee, and their friendly service.
Very cosy and some great wine
Friendly staff but not much to eat. The nachos are fine, the tapas are good enough but not much.
