Nice little Viking Museum in Ribe. The kids especially loved the historic scenes from Viking times. We also liked the Museum although we feel that the exhibition is a bit old-fashioned and would need a serious makeover.
Great museum full of artifacts from the Vikings age in Ribe. This is a medium size museum, definitely worth it if you are into the origins of the Vikings in Denmark.

Interesting museum about the history of Ribe. Very old exhibits and very well organised. Although being smaller than the viking center in Jelling, it is full of information about the viking way of building early settlements and expanding them unto powerful trade centers.
Very interesting place, full of artifacts and information about the culture of Danish nation for period of almost 2000 years! Pity that Viking village was closed due to season restriction
Nice place to know about vikings history. They have a video documentary, areal photos and some antique items.
Very nice museum with a nice concept. Start in the viking ages and work your way through time up to the medieval age. Take your time looking at everything cause there is a lot to see. Entry prices are great and the gift shop has quite a few interesting things you may not be able to easily find somewhere else. All in all a very good museum.
