Very very bad quality construction of my flat in Santa Cruz. I have posted a picture of bad quality,cheap doorframe of the flat that is rotting away. The tile work is also alarming! The inner walls are water soaked as the outside wall is not waterproof. Their engineer called "Kadalli" slammed the phone for complaining. People please stay away from this cowboy builders.
