The only thing preventing me from giving Rib Nest was my disappointment with no one answering the phone when I called to place my order. I knew it would be about 15 - 20 minutes before I arrived. I kept calling and no one ever answered. This resulted in waiting 10 minutes in line to order and 35 minutes waiting for my order to get ready. I ordered #33 (ribs, chicken & sliced beef with medium sauce). It was good. One thing other food places can learn from Rib Nest is this, when you receive friendly service , the long wait isn't as bad and the meal tastes better. Their service was top notch, just answer the phone.

The Rib Nest is hands down one of the best BBQ places in the Los Angeles area. The cook is cool he made sure my portion size was good enough for me and my order was correct. There sliced beef and BBQ sauce is the best I've ever tasted. You have to give it a try if your ever in the area.
Place and employees are cool. But the BBQ itself is much to be desired. Boiling the meat and slatering up in bbq sauce in the oven is not the way! Even if it is your own bbq sauce recipe. You guys can definitely do better than this!
Best bbq spot in the South Bay. Bbq sauce is great and meat is flavorful and tender.
